Using the Calendar in the FurFlow Mobile App

The Calendar section of the FurFlow mobile app is essential for managing daily appointments and keeping track of your schedule. This guide covers how to view, manage, and schedule appointments, as well as share booking links directly with clients.


Calendar Views

At the top of the calendar screen, you can switch between different viewing modes:

  • Monthly View (default): A traditional calendar layout.

  • List View: Tap the grid icon on the top right to see appointments in a scrollable list.

To view a daily schedule, simply tap on a specific date (e.g., 27 May) and scroll to see all appointments for that day, listed in order by time.

Each appointment displays its status (e.g., Confirmed, Cancelled, Unconfirmed).


Creating a New Appointment

To schedule a new appointment:

  1. Tap the plus (+) icon on the top right.

  2. Tap Schedule an Appointment.

  3. Choose the contact from your list.

  4. Select the appropriate calendar (e.g., Anal Gland Expression).

  5. Choose a date and time (e.g., 27 May, 9:30 AM to 9:35 AM).

  6. (Optional) Add a description or appointment notes.

  7. Confirm the location and appointment status (Confirmed or Unconfirmed).

  8. Tap Save on the top right.

The new appointment will now appear in your calendar.

The appointment title will automatically populate with the service name, owner, pet, and breed—no need to fill this manually.


Filtering by Staff or Calendar

You can filter your calendar view to show specific users or services:

Filter by User:

  1. Tap the search bar in monthly view.

  2. Toggle users on or off as needed.

  3. Tap Done to apply the filter.

Filter by Calendar:

  1. Tap the calendar icon on the top right.

  2. Select specific services (e.g., only view “Anal Gland Expression”).

  3. Tap Done to apply the filter.

These filters work the same way as they do in the desktop version.


Sharing a Calendar or Booking Link

To share a calendar or a specific service link:

  1. Tap the calendar name (e.g., “Large Tidy Up”).

  2. Tap Share.

  3. Choose between:

    • regular link (reusable)

    • one-time link (for one-off bookings)

You can copy the link or use the Share option to send it directly to a client via your preferred method (SMS, email, etc.).

Clients can then book directly through the provided link.
