The Contacts section of the FurFlow mobile app mirrors the functionality of the desktop version, giving you full access to client and pet information, tags, waivers, tasks, notes, appointments, transactions, and more — all from your phone.
Contact & Pet Information
Each contact profile includes multiple tabs, just like the desktop version:
General Info: Includes client details such as city, suburb, country, and allows image attachments.
Additional Info: Same as on desktop.
Waivers: Signed waivers (including signature) are stored here.
End of Groom Report: If completed, these appear in this section.
You can swipe through up to four linked pets (Pet 1–4), each with their own set of details.
Tags & Waivers
To apply or create tags:
Tap Actions > Tags.
Select from existing tags (e.g., “Anxious Dog”, “Flea & Tick”).
Tap Save on the top right — unlike the desktop version, mobile requires this extra step.
To create a new tag:
Type your desired tag in the search bar (e.g., “Do Not Rebook”).
Tap the plus (+) icon to add it.
It will be instantly applied to the contact.
Tags can be used to trigger automations like waiver requests or reminders.
Tasks, Notes & Appointments
Each contact record includes:
Tasks: Tap the Tasks tab, then tap the plus icon (+) to create a new task.
Notes: Add internal notes about a contact using the same method.
Appointments: View upcoming and past bookings. Tap the Meeting tab or the plus icon (+) to schedule a new appointment.
Transactions
To view a contact’s payment history:
Tap Transactions.
Select a transaction to view its breakdown.
You’ll see items, pricing, and payment status (e.g., Paid, Completed).
This is useful for checking past services or products sold.
Documents & Files
This section lets you store and access images or files related to the contact:
Use it to upload post-groom photos or reference images.
Handy for training new staff with visual examples of past pets.
Contacting Clients
At the top of a contact profile, you’ll see quick action buttons:
Call: Dials the stored mobile number.
Message: Opens the all-in-one inbox. From here, you can send SMS or (if connected) Facebook/Instagram messages.
Email: Opens a pre-filled email to the client.
Meeting: Opens the appointment scheduler.
Charge: Covered in a later video.
Within the Inbox, you’ll also see chat history, waiver notifications, payment confirmations, and other recent activity.
Quick Access with the Lightning Bolt
The lightning bolt icon in the bottom right corner offers shortcuts:
Instantly jump to Tags, Automations, or DID settings.
Saves time when toggling between pet profiles or setting up appointments.
