A Service Calendar in Furflow CRM is designed to streamline bookings for service-based businesses. With this calendar type, you can showcase multiple services in a single booking link (known as the Service Menu), organise them by category, and assign them to relevant staff based on availability.
This guide walks you through each step of creating and configuring a Service Calendar, including enabling it, linking services, accepting payments, and more.
Enabling the Service Calendar Feature
Go to Calendar Settings
Click on Preferences
Under In-App Preferences, toggle Service Menu to ON
You’ll now see Service Calendar as an option under “Create New Calendar”
Note: Only agency admins can access this setting.
Step 1: Access Calendar Settings & Add Basic Details
Go to your sub-account → Calendars tab → Click Calendar Settings
Click Create Calendar and choose Service Calendar
Add the essentials:
Service Name and Description
Staff Assignment and Location (Phone, Address, Custom, Zoom, Google Meet)
Calendar URL / Slug
Service Duration
Availability settings
Click Advanced Settings for more configuration options.
Step 2: Service Details
Upload a Service Logo (displayed in the appointment widget):
To add the calendar to a Service Menu, assign it to a group. For example, create a “HAIR” group and include “Haircut”, “Hair Spa”, etc.
Customise your:
Appointment Invite Title
Event Colour
Note: Meeting locations like Zoom or Google Meet are not supported in Service Calendars.
Step 3: Availability
Set:
Weekly Working Hours
Date-Specific Hours (e.g. holidays, special events)
Service Duration & Interval
Post Buffer Time
Minimum Scheduling Notice
Date Range
Slot interval is fixed at 15 minutes and cannot be changed.
Step 4: Forms & Payments
Choose between the default form or a custom form built in Sites > Forms > Builder
Toggle and customise the consent checkbox
Note: Service Menus use default forms, not custom ones.
Choose the confirmation page experience (message or redirect):
Accepting Payments
Connect your payment gateway
Set the amount (only applies to the main attendee)
Step 5: Notifications & Customisations
Set who receives notifications
Enable/disable Google calendar invites
Choose whether contacts are auto-assigned to staff
Add any extra notes to the Google Calendar event:
Customise Visuals
Upload a Service Cover Image for the Service Menu:
Allow or restrict clients from selecting a preferred staff member:
Step 6: Rooms & Equipment
Link any existing rooms or equipment required for this service.
Click Save — and you’re done!
