What is the Business Profile?

The Business Profile section in your Furflow CRM sub-account is where you configure essential business settings that apply across your entire sub-account. Setting this up properly ensures your business information, branding, and automation tools function correctly throughout the system.

This article explains each part of the Business Profile, including configuration tips and examples of how each setting impacts your account.

How to Access Your Business Profile

To find your Business Profile in Furflow CRM:

  1. Ensure you’re in the correct sub-account.

  2. Click Settings from the left-hand menu.

  3. The Business Profile will be the first option in the settings menu, and it is also the default landing page for settings.

General Information

The General Information section helps define how your business appears across automations, emails, and forms.

General Info

  1. Location ID
    A unique identifier for your sub-account, used when contacting support.

  2. Business Logo
    Upload your logo. It appears across various features like emails and invoices.

  3. Friendly Business Name
    Used in custom fields for messaging or workflows.
    Example: {{location.name}}

  4. Legal Business Name
    Must match your official business documentation for compliance purposes.

  5. Business Email
    Example: {{location.email}}

  6. Business Phone
    Matches your Furflow CRM phone number for consistency.
    Example: {{location.phone}}

  7. Branded Domain
    Connect your sub-account to a custom domain used for calendars, forms, etc.

  8. Business Website
    Appears in communications via custom fields.
    Example: {{location.website}}

  9. Business Niche
    Choose the industry that best reflects your business focus.

  10. API Key
    Use this for integrations like Zapier to connect Furflow CRM with other tools.

  11. Update Information
    Always click the "Update" button to save any changes made.



Business Physical Address

Your physical address helps with business verifications and is used in email footers, websites, and SMS.

Time Zone

The time zone determines when automated events are triggered. Always double-check that this aligns with your operating hours.

Defines how date/time values appear in emails, SMS, funnels, and websites.

  6. Update Button — Always save after making changes.
