What is the Business Profile?
The Business Profile section in your Furflow CRM sub-account is where you configure essential business settings that apply across your entire sub-account. Setting this up properly ensures your business information, branding, and automation tools function correctly throughout the system.

How to Access Your Business Profile
To find your Business Profile in Furflow CRM:
Ensure you’re in the correct sub-account.
Click Settings from the left-hand menu.
The Business Profile will be the first option in the settings menu, and it is also the default landing page for settings.
General Information
The General Information section helps define how your business appears across automations, emails, and forms.
Location ID
A unique identifier for your sub-account, used when contacting support.Business Logo
Upload your logo. It appears across various features like emails and invoices.

Friendly Business Name
Used in custom fields for messaging or workflows.

Legal Business Name
Must match your official business documentation for compliance purposes.Business Email

Business Phone

Branded Domain

Business Physical Address
Your physical address helps with business verifications and is used in email footers, websites, and SMS.
Ensure this address matches your business registration.
Time Zone
The time zone determines when automated events are triggered. Always double-check that this aligns with your operating hours.
Platform Language
Controls the display language of your Furflow CRM dashboard.
Outbound Communication Language for Custom Values
Defines how date/time values appear in emails, SMS, funnels, and websites.
Supported languages include English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and more.
