Final Step: Add Template Settings (Don't Skip This!)

After you've added the waiver text and the client's signature image to the email body, you must complete the template settings. This ensures the email sends correctly with the proper sender information and subject line.

To do this:

  1. Click the three dots next to the Save Template button in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.

  3. Fill out the following fields:

    • From Name: Your business or account name

    • From Email: The email address you want the template to be sent from (usually your official salon/studio email)

    • Subject Line: Something like
      Copy of Signed Grooming Policies and Procedures

    • Preview Text (optional): This is what shows in email previews on devices. For example:
      Here’s a copy of your signed grooming policy for your records.

  4. Click Save.

⚠️ If these settings are left blank, the email may appear incomplete or unprofessional when received. Always review this before using the template in automations.
