This guide covers two critical internal tasks:
Updating Trigger Links with Funnel URLs
Editing the Waiver to Client Email Template to reflect accurate branding and imagery
By completing these steps, you ensure automation accuracy and a polished client experience.
Part 1: Update Trigger Links with Funnel URLs
1. Navigate to Trigger Links
Go to Marketing > Trigger Links
2. Copy Funnel URLs from Documentation
Open the “Funnel URL” Google Doc you created during the funnel setup process.
For each funnel, copy the complete live URL.
3. Paste URL into Trigger Link Field
In the Trigger Link setup, paste the copied URL.
Append the merge fields at the end of each link to ensure contact data is passed through correctly:
This ensures that when the client clicks the link, their email and phone number populate automatically where needed.

Part 2: Customize the “Waiver to Client” Email Template
1. Go to Email Templates
Navigate to Marketing > Email Templates
Locate and open the template titled: “Copy of Waiver to Client”
2. Edit Visual Elements
Replace the logo with your current branded logo.
Swap out the default dog image with a relevant, high-quality image (ideally, one that reflects your brand tone or services).
