This guide walks you through the steps needed to disable the Payment Mode on each Funnel and collect all Funnel URLs in a central document for easy reference. This process is essential for setting up Waiver and EOG (End of Grooming) report funnels internally.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Funnel Settings via the Main Menu

Navigate to the Main Left Pane Menu, then repeat the process below for each Waiver and EOG Report Funnel individually.


2. Disable Payment Mode

  1. Go to Sites > Funnels

  2. Select the specific Funnel.

  3. Click on the Settings tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Connect Domain section.

  5. Locate the "Payment Mode / Require Credit Card" toggle and switch it OFF.

  6. Click Save to confirm changes.

3. Document Funnel URLs

While performing the above updates, copy and paste each Funnel’s live URL into a new Google Doc.

  • Title the document: “Funnel URL Template”

  • This document will later be used to update Trigger Links and ensure all automations are correctly pointing to the new URLs.

Final Checklist

  •  Payment Mode toggled OFF for each Waiver and EOG funnel

  • All URLs copied into the “Funnel URL” Google Doc

  • Changes Saved before exiting each Funnel

  •  Confirm functionality by previewing each funnel URL

  • Be consistent with naming in the Funnel URL doc for easy sorting and searching later.
