This guide outlines the required steps to update Custom Values and configure key Workflow fields to ensure seamless automation and personalized client communication.
Step 1: Update Custom Values
Navigate to Settings > Custom Values and update the following fields:
1. Service Menu Calendar Link
Once your Service Menu is created and finalized, copy the permanent scheduling link.
Paste it into the
Service Menu Calendar Link
custom value field.
2. Reschedule Reminder Duration
Update this based on the response captured from the Client Onboarding Form.
Step 2: Configure Workflow Fields
Update the following workflows to use the correct links and custom values for automation steps:
Appointment - Customer Confirmation Workflow
At the Wait step, make sure the Trigger Link is set to:
Appointment Confirmation - Thank You Page
Appointment Confirmation + Reminders + EOG Report Prompt
Make the following updates within this workflow:
EOG Report Internal Notification
Ensure the Trigger Link used for internal teams points to the correct End of Groom (EOG) Report Form.
Reschedule Nurture if No Rebooking
Use
{{custom_values.service_calendar_menu_link}}
in:2x SMS Reminders
1x Email Reminder
These messages should appear near the end of the workflow to prompt rebooking.
No-Show Nurture Workflow
After the no-show condition is met, insert the
{{custom_values.service_calendar_menu_link}}
into:2x SMS Reminders
1x Email Reminder
This encourages clients to rebook if they missed their previous appointment.
