The End of Groom Report in FurFlow is a valuable tool to provide clients with a summary of their pet’s grooming session. The report includes essential details like behaviour, coat condition, grooming notes, and future grooming recommendations.
Here's a step-by-step guide to filling out the End of Groom Report:
1. Accessing the End of Groom Report
At the end of each appointment, you will be prompted to fill out the End of Groom Report. This report will be customised to your brand's colours, and it will pre-populate with the animal's name.
Note: The default template will appear with placeholders like "End of Groom Report for Fluffy", but these fields will auto-fill with actual details once completed.
2. Uploading Photos (Optional)
You can upload a before and after photo of the pet. This adds a nice personal touch for the client but is optional.
3. Filling Out Key Details
On the report, you can fill in the following information:
Pet Details: Name, breed, owner’s phone number, and email.
Behaviour: Indicate any behavioural observations during grooming.
Coat Condition: Record the condition of the pet's coat, such as matted areas.
Grooming Notes: Add any notes on the grooming session, including trim styles, special requests, and temperament.
Recommended Next Appointment: Suggest when the pet should return for their next grooming session (e.g. 30, 45, or 60 days).
4. Salon Details
Your salon’s contact information, such as name, address, and phone number, will be pre-populated into the report, along with your website link (if applicable).
5. Submitting the Report
Once completed, click Submit. The report will automatically be sent to:
The client’s email.
Your email (for salon records).
6. Saving Information to the Contact Card
All the data entered in the report will be added to the contact card of the pet:
This will appear in the field section and as a note with the date on the contact card.
You can review the last appointment details, behaviour, coat condition, and grooming notes any time from the contact card.
7. Customising or Removing the Report
If you prefer not to use the End of Groom Report in your workflow, you can remove it. Simply refer to the previous tutorial to delete this step in the appointment workflow.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. This feature is a great way to enhance communication with your clients and keep grooming records well-organised.
