Using the Conversations Tab

The Conversations tab—also known as the All-in-One Inbox—is where all your client communications come together. Whether your customers message you through SMS, email, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or even TikTok (if connected), everything shows up right here in one central place.

What Can I See in the Conversations Tab?

This is your hub for all messages across platforms. Once your integrations are connected, incoming and outgoing messages will flow into this unified inbox. No more switching between apps!

Inbox Views

There are four ways to filter your messages for easy access:

  • Unread: Only shows messages you haven’t opened yet.

  • Recent: Displays the most recent conversations, regardless of platform.

  • Starred: Shows any conversations you’ve marked as important.

  • All: A full view of every message, past and present.

? These views work just like your typical email provider (e.g., Gmail), so it should feel familiar.

How to Use It

Even though the demo in the video shows a test account with no messages, in your own account you’ll be able to:

  1. Click on any message to open the full conversation.

  2. Reply directly from the platform—no need to leave FurFlow.

  3. See the entire thread, including messages from all connected sources.

✅ Respond to all your clients—no matter where the message came from—all in one place.

Why It Matters

  • Save time: No more jumping between email, DMs, and SMS.

  • Stay organised: Everything is in one tidy inbox.

  • Deliver fast responses: See and respond to messages in real time.
